You can’t out-exercise a bad diet, so let’s start this year off right by getting back to nutrition and lifestyle basics and put 2020 in the rearview!!
The challenge will run for 6 weeks and will be in two phases:
Phase 1 (First 3 weeks) Focus: Food Quality
Phase 2 (Second 3 weeks) Focus: Food Quantity/Portion control
Challenge entry includes a Pre and Post Inbody scan from Hub City InBody. Macronutrient measurements can be calculated by your coaches.
Benchmark workout to be performed at challenge start and end “FGB”
Prizes will be award to:
-Most Points M/F
-Greatest percentage change in body composition over 6 weeks
-Most improved workout score (no sandbagging)
