Can I do my own thing during class?


We feel that following our CrossFit programming during a CrossFit class will provide you with the best intensity and results. While being part of the CrossFit class movements can be scaled or customized for you.

We offer open gym 4 times a week to come in and work on your own program or improve on your skills. Level 1 coaches are available during open gym to assist if needed.
