New to CrossFit? This class is designed to prepare you for CrossFit movements and keep you safe. We recommend On-Ramp classes to all new CrossFit athletes before joining the pace and complexity of the daily class program. In these sessions, we go through movement fundamentals for deadlifts, squats, clean and jerk, snatch, overhead pressing, box jumps, etc. and make sure you can do each correctly and safely. Starting the right way is critical to your success!
CrossFit Kids programming is for the fitness of our future generations. This program is designed to get kids healthier and moving well while having FUN! It is a high energy, action packed combination of skills practice and workouts to build strength and conditioning. We believe learning about health and fitness at an early age helps develop a lifelong love for fitness and our coaches are highly skilled at developing younger athletes. We encourage children of any age to stay and observe adult classes as well. Fit parents correlate with fit kids and we lead by example!
This Olympic lifting class focuses on improving the technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. These lifts bring speed, power, coordination and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and power. Hub City Barbell Club is a USAW recognized weightlifting club and supports athletes training for USAW sanctioned events.
One on one private training that is programmed to meet you where you are and to help you reach your personal goals. Whether it be strength, weight loss, toning up, rehabilitation or what have you, we can design, implement and execute the right game plan to get you where you want to be. This is scheduled outside of class time at the availability of the trainer you are interested in working with.
