CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program consisting of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains. It is evidence based fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable data.

If you have never set foot in a CrossFit gym, or are imitated by the word CrossFit…. CrossFit is for EVERYONE! Workouts differ in degree, but not in kind. We will meet you where you are at.

One thing that makes CrossFit so unique is our community. We believe community IS CrossFit at its core. This is the camaraderie you feel after shared suffering and the feeling of being accepted, included and genuinely cared for. We believe that forming strong, meaningful relationships with your fellow athlete is vital to discovering optimal health.

  • Dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the workout
  • Mobility drills to improve and restore joint and mobility and function
  • Skill drills and explanation of strength and conditioning workouts for the day
  • Strength- Olympic or power lifting to increase strength of the individual
  • Workout of the Day (WOD)- The conditioning aspect of the class that combines gymnastic, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, etc. for an allotted period of time or number of rounds.
  • Recovery techniques to prepare you for your next workout.
